- We will have 3 different approved solar PV packages viz: Premium, Standard and Lite options for our customised Solar PV offering packages for the higher LSM groups wanting to save on energy costs and have a back up solution for load shedding including having the ability to not be disrupted if one works from home. The latter is becoming an important driver given that most staff are working remotely which is becoming the new norm.
- LTM will introduce the DIY kits with Schneider brands which will be the first in the country to compete with the same price range as the lower name brands.Ideal for working remotely. We will have a DC and a AC solar offering which caters for all LSM groups.
- LTM will have an inhouse call centre, managed by trained personnel to interface with client, installers, logistic companies and suppliers.
- FAQs with simple answers will be advertised on our website albeit our call centre would answer any adhoc queries/complaints/advice/support with our scheduler ensuring proper coordination and timeous response times.
