PRIVATE BANK LENDING-LTM ENERGY (PTY) LTD-TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This campaign is being offered to all existing RMB Private Bank clients with a transactional RMB Private Bank account, Single Facility account or Structured Loan account or a Private Wealth Home Loan account in respect of having unutilized funds available.
This campaign is effective from 7 September 2020 and is valid until 28 February 2021.
All clients will be assessed subject to the provisions of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 and the Bank’s lending policies and practices, as amended from time to time, should a credit assessment be required for a Re-advance or a Further loan.
This campaign is available to both natural persons and juristic entities. Clients must reside in the Republic of South Africa and must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older, with a valid 13 (thirteen) digit identity document.
The value of the voucher code offers the client a 10% discount on the solar packages that are being offered to RMBPB clients in partnership with LTM Energy (Pty).
The voucher is non-transferable and is redeemable on a “once-off” basis.
Only one voucher code will be issued per client. Where there are joint or more than one client per facility/account, the voucher will only be redeemable by one of the clients.
The above offering is subject to LTM Energy (Pty) Ltd rules, terms and conditions available on their website, www.ltmenergy.co.za, to which the client/s must familiarise himself/ herself/ themselves with these rules, terms, and conditions.
The Bank will not assume any liability for any losses or damages resulting from the services provided and/ or facilitated by LTM Energy (Pty) Ltd.
All queries regarding the voucher code must be directed to LTM Energy (Pty) Ltd.
The voucher code will be sent to the client/s via email during the period commencing 7 September 2020 to 28 February 2021 and must be redeemed by 28 February 2021.
The voucher must be used within 6 months of receiving the email.
The Grid Calculator is a tool which has been created and developed by LTM Energy (Pty) Ltd to assist the RMBPB client in choosing the relevant package that best accommodates them, based on their own selection. The client is under no obligation to utilize the Grid Calculator tool and the choice remains that of the client.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: TAX IMPLICATIONS

1. We strongly recommend that you obtain independent professional advice regarding any tax implications arising from the receipt, transfer, or spend of any discount and awards obtained in respect of this campaign.

You agree that you will not hold the Bank liable and you hereby fully indemnify the Bank, and hold the Bank completely harmless, against all damages, claims, and fines made against you or the Bank, including all legal costs on an attorney-and-own-client scale, to the extent to which such damages, claims, and fines arise out of or are connected to any taxation relating to your receipt, transfer or spend of any prize/s and awards or the charges in respect thereof.

GENERAL RULES

1. You may not attempt to do anything to change the outcome of the campaign in any way.
2. The promoter(s) have the right to end this promotion at any time. If this happens you agree to waive (give up) any rights that you may have about this promotion and agree that you will have no rights against the promoter(s).
3. The promoter(s) reserve the right to change the rules of the promotion. The promoter(s) can change the rules of the promotion throughout the duration of the promotion. For convenience only, the date on which these rules were last amended will be shown below the heading. It is your responsibility to check the rules for amendments.
4. The clauses in these rules are severable. This means that if any clause in these rules is found to be unlawful, it will be removed and the remaining clauses will still apply.
5. Where any dates or times need to be calculated in terms of this agreement, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
6. While the promoter(s) may allow you extra time to comply with your obligations or decide not to exercise some or all of our rights, or waive certain requirements, the promoter(s) can still insist on the strict application of any or all of its rights at a later stage. You must not assume that this means that the rules have been changed or that it no longer applies to you.
7. This promotion and its rules will be governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa regardless of where you live or work, or where or how you enter.
