Installation process :
- Client calls call centre to enquire.
- Call centre agent takes client through calculator, to help find a suitable system for the client’s needs.
- An estimate price and product are suggested to client through the calculator
- If client is interested, call center agent takes clients address and organizes a site visit.
- Call center agent finds installer close to address to conduct site visit and evaluation, installer might suggest a system different to the one firstly stated on the calculator judging on the area of installation.
- If client wants to go forward with installation, an 80% deposit needs to be paid to LTM Energy.
- Once deposit has been paid, the materials will be ordered and delivered within a working week of the deposit being paid.
- Once materials have been delivered, the installer will start work within 2 days of the delivery.
- Once installation is complete, the installer will explain and walk the client through the system and how it works, a handover pack with a check list will he handed to the client.
